Conveying emotion through colour can be hard. It can be even harder when you’re only working in grey. That’s exactly what I was asked to do when approached by emotional intelligence training service Grey Collar Thinking. By using a full range of different greys in the colour palette, as well as icons that have a tangible and organic feel to them, we were able to work collaboratively together to create a brand that oozes the ideals the business stands for (breaking down barriers and putting people on the same playing field).
